Should you desire to view the details of the information we hold on you, you are able to see the information following a payment of £20. Should you wish to make changes to this data you are able to, and we will confirm these amendments have been made once the change has been made.

Insurers pass data to the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE) run by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) to help check information and prevent fraudulent claims.

Your Insurance Policy details will also be added to the Motor Insurers Database (MID) run by the Motor Insurers Information Centre (MIIC). This data can be used by the DVLA and the Police for purposes of establishing whether a driver using a vehicle is likely to be covered under an insurance policy. If you are involved in an accident this database may also be used.

My Policy may use your data to keep you informed of products and services that may be of interest to you.

In order to assess the terms of the insurance contract or administer claims we will need to collect personal data, defined under the Data Protection Act as sensitive, such as your conviction or medical history. By proceeding with the contract you are giving your consent to such information being processed by Insurers, or agents.
