My Policy is a trading style of My Policy Ltd. Throughout these Terms and Conditions My Policy Ltd and all its subsidiaries.
Any person or organisation that accesses the Site is referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions of use as "You" "Your" "User or "Users". By accessing the Site You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may be updated from time to time without notice. You should satisfy yourself that You are familiar with the terms and conditions prevailing at the time of each visit to the Site.

This Site is intended normally to be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a Week. My Policy will not be liable for any failure to achieve this level of availability.
The Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in circumstances of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the reasonable control of My Policy.
You agree to fully reimburse My Policy in respect of all losses, costs, actions, claims, and liabilities incurred by My Policy as a result of any breach or non-observance by You of these terms or any data submitted by You to My Policy. My Policy will make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses (and similar destructive devices) from the Site but cannot guarantee the exclusion of viruses (and similar destructive devices) and You should take appropriate steps in respect of this risk.

Accessibility
The content of this Site has been designed to work towards Priority 2 of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. My Policy aims to continually make improvements to meet these guidelines. The design and coding of the Site has been implemented to support adaptive technologies (such as screen readers and text-only browsers).
Layout
To conform to W3 accessibility guidelines, cascading style sheets have been used to create the layout of the Site. However, the functionality and content are independent of this technology and Users may disable the default style sheets to maximise flexibility with font resizing or implement their own style sheets in their browser preferences.
